Description

What is the ECEU Project?

ECEU (Enterprising Competence – European Union) is a project of the Leonardo da Vinci Programme, aimed at identifying entrepreneurial competences developed by women coming from 8 different countries with varied life experiences, and achieved in non formal and informal backgrounds. The idea is to draft a European map of these competences and test it with groups of real entrepreneurs, especially within co-operatives and self-employed workers.

Our objective is to develop a rigorous process of identification and validation of these competences to provide them with visibility, and acknowledge these skills that have been achieved by these professionals that have not received formal training on enterprising competences.

The Project seeks to value the life learning processes that qualify the people to perform their professions in the labour market.
